1. Acceptance of Terms
   • By accessing and using the Imagiraffe app and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
   • Our services are intended for users of all ages. However, users under the age of 13 must use the app under verified parental supervision. Certain features, such as growth reporting and story panels, are designed for parent-guided experiences and require verified consent.
3. User Content
   • By submitting content through our app (including text, images, audio, and video), you grant Imagiraffe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, analyze, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services, including developmental feedback for parents. You retain full ownership of your content.
4. Automated Content Analysis
   • Certain features, such as the Child Growth Report, use AI-based tools to analyze children’s drawings, text, and audio submissions to assess creativity, language development, and other areas. This analysis is done solely with parental consent and is only visible to the verified guardian.
5. Privacy
   • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
   • All content and materials available on Imagiraffe, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Imagiraffe and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Subscription Terms
   • Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Imagiraffe offers auto-renewing subscription plans that provide continued access to premium features.
   • Subscription Options:
     • USD $4.99 per month
     • USD $24.99 for 6 months
   • Billing Cycle: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
   • Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price selected.
   • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
   • Cancellation: Cancelling the subscription will stop the auto-renewal, but you will still have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing period.
   • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
8. Terms of Use (EULA)
   • By using the Imagiraffe app, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
   • If you download the app via the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
9. Termination
   • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.
10. Changes to Terms
    • Imagiraffe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or app.
